About Us

Nursery Manager Adam grew up in the heritage Orchard town of Newburgh, Fife. His love of trees led him to managing a tree nursery in Hampshire and in March 2025 he returned home to Fife to plant the first rootstocks in a beautiful field at the Pillars of Hercules Organic Farm in Falkland.

Over the past decade of horticultural work in both commercial and domestic orchards he has developed skills in orchard planning and maintenance, winter and summer pruning techniques and done extensive research on suitable varieties for different climates and conditions.
