Description

Prolific and reliable in Scotland, both east and west. Needs a relatively short growing season so also has potential at very northern latitudes. A firm baker, makes a well-flavoured golden puree with little need of sugar and good candidate for early apple pies. Hangs well on the tree so can be picked as required.
