Bardsey Island (aka, Merlin’s Apple)
A rare apple variety from Bardsey Island, Wales, known for its crisp, juicy, pink-flushed yellow flesh, lemon aroma, and excellent disease resistance. It is believed to be a survivor of an ancient monastic orchard and was hailed as “the rarest tree in the world” upon its rediscovery.
