About us
Fife Fruit Trees is a new fruit and ornamental specialist tree nursery started by Adam Reid and based at Falkland Estate beneath the Lomond Hills.
Adam grew up in the heritage Orchard town of Newburgh, Fife. Over the past decade of horticultural work on Organic farms and orchards he has developed skills in orchard planning and maintenance, winter and summer pruning techniques and researched suitable varieties for different situations.
His love of trees led him to managing a tree nursery in Hampshire and in March 2025 he returned home to Fife.
Visits to the nursery in Falkland are welcomed, please do get in touch if you’d like to have a look around and Adam would be delighted to meet you there.
