Crataegus schraderiana – bareroot tree

A small tree with a distinct, deeply cut, downy grey-green-leaved Greek hawthorn habit that produces heavy crops of large, edible, dark purple-black berries with a rich, sweet flavour. It attains a mature height of 4 metres and an ultimate spread of 4 metres.

Please note: A stake and tie are required for all bare-root trees. We recommend a 50mm x 1500mm machine rounded wooden stake with a rubber tree tie for best results. These are available in the online shop under sundries
