The Honeyberry 'Blue Treasure' produces exceptionally sweet, juicy, and aromatic berries. With a high sugar content (around 20 Brix) and low acidity, its flavour is frequently described as a rich blend of blueberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant with distinct undertones of honey. The elongated, elliptical blue-purple fruits grow up to 3cm in length and are perfect for fresh eating, baking, jams, or wine-making.
Needs a companion variety for pollination purposes. Compatible with 'Giant's Heart' and 'Boreal Beauty'.
