Mirabelle 'Gypsy' – Mirabelle - Dessert - bareroot tree

A reliable, heavy-cropping Mirabelle plum bred specifically to thrive and set fruit in northern European springtimes. It produces lovely, medium-sized, velvety yellow-orange fruits with a distinctive bright red blush and a rich, meltingly sweet flavour profile. Harvested in early August, it is best eaten fresh within a few days of picking or preserved into gourmet jams.

Please note: A stake and tie are required for all bare-root trees. We recommend a 50mm x 1500mm machine rounded wooden stake with a rubber tree tie for best results. These are available in the online shop under sundries
