Mirabelle 'Gypsy'

A reliable, heavy-cropping Mirabelle plum bred specifically to thrive and set fruit in northern European springtimes. It produces lovely, medium-sized, velvety yellow-orange fruits with a distinctive bright red blush and a rich, meltingly sweet flavor profile. Harvested in early August, it is best eaten fresh within a few days of picking or preserved into gourmet jams.
