Plum 'Satsuma'

A highly distinct, ancient Japanese blood plum variety featuring a dark red skin and a spectacular, solid crimson-red flesh. The flavor is intensely sweet, deeply rich, and carry a distinct almond-like aroma. Ready for harvest in late August, it handles well and can be stored in cool conditions for 1–2 weeks.
