Quince 'Vranja' – Quince - Culinary - bareroot tree

A classic, widely esteemed Serbian Quince variety highly prized for its reliable cropping and huge, elongated, fragrant fruits. The bright golden skin gives way to a highly aromatic, firm flesh that is peerless for traditional jellies, pastes, and crumbles. Harvested in mid-to-late October, it stores well for up to two months in a cool, dark space.

Please note: A stake and tie are required for all bare-root trees. We recommend a 50mm x 1500mm machine rounded wooden stake with a rubber tree tie for best results. These are available in the online shop under sundries
