Walnut 'Fernor' - bareroot tree

Fernor is a modern, high-yielding French variety which is a cross between Franquette and Lara. Late-leafing and late-flowering (bud burst around late April), which protects the blossoms from late spring frost damage. Highly productive and precocious, meaning it starts bearing fruit at a young age (around 3 to 4 years after planting), reaching high commercial yields at maturity.
