Apple 'Lord Derby' – Apple - Culinary - bareroot tree

A robust cooking apple that yields a pleasantly acidic flesh, which turns an attractive deep pink-red hue when baked. Crops prolifically in Newburgh, where this picture was taken. Picked in September, it keeps moderately well until December.

Please note: A stake and tie are required for all bare-root trees. We recommend a 50mm x 1500mm machine rounded wooden stake with a rubber tree tie for best results. These are available in the online shop under sundries
