Cherry 'Summer Sun' – Cherry - Dessert - bareroot tree

A highly reliable sweet cherry variety bred to withstand colder, more exposed northern climates exceptionally well. It yields dark red, firm-fleshed fruits with an intensely sweet, rich, and traditional flavour profile. Harvested in late July, it is less prone to splitting and keeps cold for 5–7 days.

Please note: A stake and tie are required for all bare-root trees. We recommend a 50mm x 1500mm machine rounded wooden stake with a rubber tree tie for best results. These are available in the online shop under sundries
