Cider Apple 'Morgan Sweet'

A historic, large, yellow sweet apple from Somerset that matures early in the season. It produces an incredibly sweet, mild, and sugary juice with little to no acidity or tannin, traditionally used to kickstart early-autumn fermentation or sweeten dry blends.
