Cider Apple 'Stoke Red'

A superb, late-season bittersharp variety from Somerset that produces small, dark red fruits. It gives a sharp, highly acidic juice paired with a delicate, fine tannin profile, resulting in remarkably clean, well-balanced ciders with a light floral aroma.
