Damson 'Farleigh'

A classic, highly prolific Kentish damson variety that produces heavy clusters of small, blue-black, oval fruits. The intensely sharp, astringent flesh delivers an unbeatable depth of flavor when cooked down into traditional damson cheeses, jellies, and winter crumbles. Harvested in September, it freezes perfectly or stores for 1–2 weeks.
