Peach 'Peregrine' - Peach- bareroot tree

It's a Peach 'Peregrine' that grows on the south facing wall under a little glass cover at Kellie Castle in the East Neuk of Fife. Keeping the leaves dry prevents them from getting 'leaf curl' and the greenhouse effect helps to ripen the fruit as well as keep frost of their beautiful pink blossoms (March). The trouble is they are so tasty, the gardeners there almost never get to eat them!
