Plum 'Gordon Castle'

A historic Scottish variety raised in Morayshire, exceptionally well-adapted to cooler northern orchards. It produces large, sweet, yellow-green fruits with a juicy flesh that works elegantly as a dessert plum when fully ripe or as a firm cooker earlier in the season. Harvested in September, it keeps for 1–2 weeks.
